PERSONAL TRAINING IN DUBAI
One-on-one personal training (OOP)
This is a type of personal training where one individual works one on one with their clients, helping them reach their goals. OOP trainers work individually with each client, which means they don’t have to worry about having enough time to train groups of people at once. OOP trainers are often hired specifically to help individuals who want to lose weight, get fit, or improve their performance in sports. In many cases, OOP trainers have a background in physical fitness and use this knowledge to help their clients achieve their goals. OOP sessions are typically done in person, though some may also take place over Skype or FaceTime.
Group personal training (GPT)
This is a type of group exercise class where several people join together to participate in a workout session. GPT classes are popular among people who dislike working out alone or prefer the social atmosphere of exercising in a group setting. Most people who attend GPT classes do so to burn calories and build muscle, although they may also enjoy participating in dance classes or yoga.
Private personal training (PPT)
It is a type of private personal training service offered to people who pay for a trainer’s services on a monthly basis. PPT sessions are generally less expensive than OOP sessions and are designed to give clients individualized attention. Because PPT sessions are paid per month, they are ideal for busy professionals who need help getting back in shape after a long day at work.
Small group personal training (SGP)
This is a type of small group personal training service where several people meet together to participate in a group session. SGP sessions allow clients to experience the benefits of working out with others without needing to commit to a full-length gym membership. These sessions are typically shorter than standard group exercise classes, but they still provide a great way to burn calories while enjoying the company of friends and colleagues.
Online personal training (OPT)
This is a type of online personal training service. OPT allows clients to remotely connect with a personal trainer via video chat technology, such as Skype or Facetime. Clients can then ask questions about how to properly perform exercises, or they can simply watch a live demonstration of what the trainer is doing. Our focus is mainly on body weight exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, crunches, pull-ups, etc. OPT is convenient for clients who feel self-conscious about joining traditional group exercise classes.

Types of Training
Cardio Training– Cardio is the foundation of any workout program. Cardio helps increase endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular function. At the same time, cardio increases oxygen flow to the muscles, promotes circulation, and gets the heart rate up. Cardio exercises are great for burning calories and building muscle.
Strength Training- Strength training builds muscle mass and strength. When people think about working out, they often think about weight lifting. However, strength training involves many different types of movements that work all the major muscle groups in your body. Weight lifting is just one type of strength training; others include pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, planks, etc. Strength training is great for toning the muscles, increasing bone density, and preventing injuries.
Yoga– Yoga is a great way to stretch the body. Stretching the body is good for reducing pain and increasing flexibility. Yoga focuses on stretching the entire body, not just certain parts. There are hundreds of different yoga poses that focus on different areas of the body. The best thing about yoga is that it is completely customizable. A beginner could do yoga while someone who is already fit could do yoga to improve their strength.
Pilates-Pilates is similar to yoga in some ways, but focuses more heavily on core strength. Core strength is what keeps us upright. Without strong cores, we would fall over. Pilates helps strengthen the abs, back, hips, and thighs. Pilates is a great exercise routine for beginners because it does not require much equipment. All you really need is a mat and a few basic tools.
Running– Running is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape. It burns lots of calories and improves cardiovascular function. It is also great for strengthening the legs, lungs, and abdominal muscles and is also great because it is free! No equipment is necessary. Just go outside and run.
Crossfit– Crossfit is a combination of strength training, cardio, and gymnastics. It is designed to challenge the body and help you become stronger. Crossfit is great for those looking to get leaner and lose weight. Crossfit is also great for those who are already fit and want to continue to get fitter.
